I've tried to make this list as comprehensive as possible, but chose not to list every piece of armor and equipment in the game due to space contraints. The order of Shields and Helmets usually goes Bronze-Iron-Steel-Blessed, and the order for armor usually goes Leather-Studded-Chain Mail-Plate Mail. Items marked in yellow are either cursed or negative effect items. Cursed items can't be unequipped or sold until they've been uncursed by a healer or using the Character Editor. Note that there is at least one cursed item that actually has positive effects, though it's still best to have a healer uncurse it.

Mithril Woven Robe-
Found outdoors in Northeast Valorim. Need Orb of Thralni to reach it.

Found in Keep of Tinraya, Footracer Province; Found in Tower of Magi after Tower Disaster around day 160.

Polished Plate Mail-
Found in northeast corner of Lower Giant's Caverns, Midori Province. Accessibly only through the Giant's Caverns; Receive from Church of the Divine Lucre after killing it's members.

Field Plate Mail-
Receive from Mrrr of Malloc, Midori Province as reward for slaying some Goblins who had been terrorizing the area.

Found on body in Inner Lair of Drakos, Isle of Bigail.

Blessed Large Shield-
Found in Anama Treasury, Anama Temple, Shayder, Isle of Bigail; Found just north of Appleton, Midori Province in a pile of rocks after reading message in house in Appleton.

Giant's Shield-
Found in Troglodyte Altar, Karnold Province.
Protects for 1-16 Damage.
Although this shield doesn't have any negative effects it gives you such a large attack penalty that it might as well. I suggest just leaving this where it is.

Prismatic Torc-
Found in Spiral Crypt, Isle of Bigail.
Protects for 1-3 Damage.
+10% Resistance to Fire Damage; +10% Resistance to Cold Damage; +10% Resistance to Illness; +10% Resistance to Acid

Golem Diadem-
Sometimes dropped by Demon Golems after battle.
Protects for 1-1 Damage.
+20% Resistance to Fire Damage; +20% Resistance to Cold Damage

Naturewalker's Torc-
Found in the last cache in Valorim. You have to have opened all the caches, though the order in which they're opened doesn't matter.
Protects for 1-3 Damage.
+1 to Find Herbs; +4 to Pathfinder; +4 to Nature Lore; +20% Resistance to Elements and Magic

Wyrmskin Helmet-
Found in pillar in Colchis Ruins, Krizsan Province; Found in southeast corner of Lower Giant's Caverns; Found in Torria Ruins, Isle of Maddok, Monoroe Province.
