Notable items: Deadeye cloak
Not much on the north side, but take the tunnel south. Kill the bats if you want, then head out of the tunnel. There is a large group of sliths here. Prepare with spells, and kill them all. They have some good drops, including a deadeye cloak (+1 sharpshooter). Head east to the spires briefly.
