More chitrach-popping areas are located here. You will get a girdle of endurance from one set. The bone borer lives in the SW part of this area. It drops a rat-tail band on death.
If you're in the tunnels under this area, you're close to the source of the chitrachs. Make your way west, killing the beasts as you go. Eventually you'll make it to the chitrach queen. It's not too tough, but if you attack it by melee, you'll be splashed with acid. Stay back and take it out.
