Head down the stairs to the NE. Approach the well. Drop in 50c to gain a point of parry for everyone. You need a total luck factor of 10 for this to work. Very nice.
To get high luck cheaply, equip items such as charmed plate, clarity talismans, and clover boots. Make sure to do the Graverobbers quest in Memorial Lands.
Some bandits are hiding out in the tunnels to the east. Kill them and take their stuff.
Head down the south stairs, and make your way north. You'll find two golems. This is another adventurer's test. This one, you just have to survive for 20 turns or so. The golems are pretty much unbeatable, and the tide of burrowing crawlers is unending. Use delaying tactics, like strong daze and terror to minimize problems with the worms, and keep healing for when the golems hit your fighters.
