Get off at the north jut of land, and go east. Use the secret door to get a cache. Mark this area mentally, it is the subject of a later quest.
When you have the "empty the cache" job board quest, grab a new boat then head back here. Approach the wall, and then go through it. Kill the fireeater goblin - it drops an ivory band and a knowledge brew on death. Not too bad!
