This house, while small, is rather important. In an animal pen in the
northeast corner is the Ice Lances Spellshard. Upon entering the house
itself the first room to the north contains a tome which teaches Unlock
Doors Lv.3, but you need Dispel Barrier Lv.2 or a Piercing Crystal to
reach it. The room at the eastern end of the house lets you rest and
recover hit points and spell points.
