The big thing here are a group of soldiers who need your help to kill some chitrachs. Talk with Lieutenant Aelfin to get the scoop. You and the soldiers will be swarmed by chitrachs if you take this quest on. The first batch are pretty easy, but the next batch are armored (use magic). The following batch are spiked, so switch over to bows as magic doesn't work too well. Finally the queen comes out. Kill her for a potent shadow band. Tell the commander of Fort Remote for a sparkling wand.
