There are a number of Blosk refugees located here, and they are being lead by Goodwife Newberry. Talk to her and find out that some thugs have moved in to the SE. Go to the SE dome and kill Lott. He drops a blessed belt and some blessed bracers. Tell Newberry about it for, well, nothing.
