Some ogres confront you in the south part of this area. Kill them, and take their stuff.

Boris is waiting in the east section of this map. He is a bounty hunter, and asks for your help killing Graytusk, an ogre. Doing so gets you a speed potion and invulnerability potion.

Head down the nearby stairs, and kill the fire lizards. You'll find one more bandit cache, only this one has some very nice piercing gauntlets (+1 anatomy).
