Some chitrachs pop out of the ground near the road on this map. One drops a piercing crystal and another drops some razordisks. You can head down the stairs and to the NW. You'll have to fight several spiders along the way (prepare for the battle beforehand!), and will end up at a crypt. Kill the undead, and open the door. Kill the ghost, and pillage this area. You'll find a girdle of insight, a tinker's charm and a spell book of mass heal.
