Shaynee is located here. Talk to her and you can buy her items. She has a few nice things, though you've probably found most of it along your travels
Grint is a bandit and can be found near the center of the map. Beat him up till he disappears. There are three farmhouses with stairs down nearby. Go down two of them and you'll get messages along the lines of "he just snuck past you". In the third farmhouse you find Grint again. You can kill him this time. He drops a frozen blade on death.
