THE OUTDOORS

• Make sure to buy up all the Vahnatai Lore you can from Zalav-Te.
• Don't attempt to attack the Lich until you are very strong. Once you kill him you get a Rod of Major Call for your trouble.
• On the island east of Mancuso there is a Crystal Shield. You need the Orb of Thralni to get it.

MANCUSO

Quests Kill Hydras near Mancuso: - 10xp Slay Gaddika: - 25xp, Natural Curing ability crystal, Tekora-Te will also train you in parry Shops Aristo: Food, supplies, buys stuff Tokor-Te: Mage Spells (Call Beast - Lightning Spray) L1-2

• Speak with the children to find out about the empire a bit.
• The burned note in the hidden room of the silo indicates some sort of alliance between a group of vahnatai and the Empire. Someone named Gnee is implicated with reference to a key.
• Aeon, a farmer outside of the city proper will give you a kill the hydras quest. The hydras are hiding to the north, and once killed, come back to get 10xp.
• Tokor-Te tells you to go kill Gaddika, an evil vahnatai to the north. This is an extremly tough quest so wait until you have done most of the stuff back in Avernum before attempting it. You can also buy some upper level spells from him, though you may want to wait and get them from someplace cheaper, i.e. Kosdad, in East Avernum.
• Once you have killed Gaddika, return to Tokor-Te for your reward and to train up in Parry skill.

RESTING CELL 4

Quests Kill Ice Hydras for Abra: - 20xp, Soul Crystal

• Talking to Abra gives you the quest to clean out the hydras in the Resting Cell.
• You can't work the controls, so don't bother trying.
• Once you kill the ice hydras, report back to Abra to recieve your reward.
