Chitrachs. More chitrachs. You can go down the stairs nearby and kill even more chitrachs. Most important here is Grint, who is in the SW section of the underground portion of this map. He gives you the "Nasty Chitrach" quest. The reddish chitrach is in some tunnels to the east. Do it, and he tells you to go see Mairwen. Mairwen gives you 250c for your help.
