• When you meet the refugees, tell them about the refugee camp near Almaria, for 1 rep.
• You must have a reputation of ?? before Silverlocke will deal with you. She only has 19 Knowledge brews, but if you buy out her entire stock (very expensive), she will restock.

BLOSK

Quests Find the Spy - 4 rep, 25xp Find Grahk's Peninsula - 10xp, 1 point in Find Herbs Shops Eddy: Wine, Meal Oliver: Training Patsy: Innkeeper Saffron: Identification

• People are a bit edgy here in Blosk. There's a spy on the loose. Talk to Mayor Vicky to get this quest. There's a few ways of doing this quest: the proper way and the fast way. I'll walk you through the proper way. With the fast way, just skip to number 6.
  
  1. Talk to Leith. Bruce's lead is a dead end, that priest is pretty much worthless.
  2. Check Leith's bookshelf for hints on how to proceed. On to Almaria!
  3. Go check out the storerooms. You'll get attacked, naturally.
  4. Go to the strange room to the SE. Fight the demons, and get the hint. There are some empire records here, good for the castle quest.
  5. Go back to Blosk, and talk to the statue in the SE.
  6. Search all the ovens and braziers in the town. Then talk to Leith.
  7. Talk to Saffron.
  8. Give the evidence to the mayor.
  For this you get 4 rep and 25 xp.
• Saffron will identify your items
• Oliver can you train here too.
• Talk with Justin, the wandering blue priest to get the find Grahk's Peninsula quest. This is in Northern Avernum. Go there, read the sign and return. For completion of this quest you get 10xp and 1 point in Find Herbs.
• When you have the Kill Garzahd quest, talk with Bartholomew to find the location of Thompson. He will tell you to read the message in Thpmpson's room. You cannot even find this message until Bartholomew tells you of it. The message leads you to Fort Remote.

GNASS

Quests Find Massacre Evidence - 20xp, Assotho will join your party if you like. Recover Slith Charm - 2 rep, 30xp, will teach Sanctuary L3 Shops Orho: Slith Spears, buys stuff Pathass: Priest Spells (if you have a slith in your party)

• Find Pathass, and if you have a slith in your party, you can buy cheap priest spells (including the second level of move mountains - you can go back to the fire lizard cave [chapter 1] and grab their rubies now). Continue to talk with him for an important ritual. The chief will give you the slith charm quest.
• Assotho will join you if you find massacre evidence. She's an ultra-powerful priestess who can fight quite well as well.
• Orho buys and sells items, you can pick up a fine slith spear if you don't have one already.

FORT EMERALD

Quests Help Wounded Soldier - 20xp, 1 rep Kill Limoncelli - 40xp, 4 rep, allows you to learn Dispel Barrier from Heustess Shops Buck: Healer

• There's an emerald here which'll restore your spell points.
• Talk with Brian's girlfriend to get the quest to heal him. Talk with Theresa and get your reward; 20xp, 1 rep. Go up and talk with him, using a graymold salve on him for 1 rep and 20xp.
• Talk with General Landren up in the NW to get the kill Limoncelli quest. Completing this mission gives you 40xp, 4 rep, and allows you to learn Dispel Barrier from Heustess. This is the normal way of getting Dispel Barrier, but getting the spell from Aimee in the Northern Islands is easier and you can get it sooner.
